Recent perfume purchases arrived promptly and beautifully gift wrapped. I did a google search before placing the order as it all seemed too good to be true. Amazing service and the engraving added a brilliant personal touch to the order. Very very happy with Notino. Thank you.

Discount confusing
What I didn’t like about this app is that I had to manually click on the discount code on any item that qualified, then when I went to the check out it wasn’t clear whether the discount code had actually been applied. There needs to be more transparency about the price, I don’t want to spend unnecessary time going backwards and forwards messing around with codes that don’t actually work, and I want to see the discount before I have to checkout. I feel this is a deliberate act to make pricing confusing and all this does is deter me from wanting to buy from Notino in the future. This tactic might be a way me to catch me out once but Notino won’t get the opportunity to do it twice!

Sometimes the prices are to high compared with market prices,and I want to have more options for receiving my orders,because I’m at home just in weekends….maybe for people what buy multiple times from you,you can make some discounts….but is very professional company,I have trust in ur product,maybe more attention with delivery company…
