The app is like having a confidante by your side 24x7 no matter what the day throws at you.
This format of therapy has been wonderful for me, it suits my fast paced life and makes it possible for me get the support I need on my own terms.
The therapists are professional and considerate and are very well vetted so I don’t have to worry about doing all the leg work of finding a good therapist (so hard these days).
