## Notre Dame FCU Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Absolute trash"
This app could not be more worthless. Rarely works, does not allow me to access my own account, then requires me to update the app to the version already installed. Don’t bother trying to access at night, that process can’t take place during “nightly processing”. Maybe I should switch my banking to a big name FCU.
-- Pojell, 2025-10-30

### *---- "Inconvenient"
This app is so finicky. The face ID is completely broken and hasn’t been fixed which is super inconvenient when needing to check how much money is in my account quickly.
-- degabug, 2025-05-29

### *---- "App is so bad, makes me want to close my account"
Apart from the bad quality of the app: I get logged out every time I close the app. To login I must provide username, password and an answer to a security question each time. This is insane! The most disturbing thing is that the app doesn’t rely on Apple’s built in Face ID but instead wants to scan my face store my biometrics with some service provider. What the actual f…

### *---- "bad"
it only worked one time for me logging into my account, every other time it just says “service unavailable.” very annoying .
-- NO MAMAS, 2024-09-03

### ***-- "Quirky"
I’ve used this app since it first came out, and appreciated the convenience it provides. However, for the past several months the “Pay bills” feature has not worked—no response when I select that feature. Please fix!!
-- Max&Rory, 2024-03-07

### *---- "ugh"
so clunky, which sums up my experience working with this credit union…

### *---- "trash"
cant even send or recieve money.
-- Junior_Ruiz1209, 2021-11-25

### *---- "Poor"
The app is blank when it opens. Uninstalled and reinstalled...still nothing. No options to do anything. Used to use the remote deposit, but can't do that...have to send the checks in. Disappointing.
-- Banker0525, 2019-07-07

### *---- "Updated app seems to not work"
My phone and iPad says the mobile app updated, yet the login seems to take me to Safari to your website. That seems strange.
-- GreenieIUfan, 2019-02-09

### *---- "Terrible. Embarrassing."
I don’t know what programming tools were used to patch this together and actually make it run on iPhone. It resizes the screen in some sort of compatibility mode. Then it’s not a native app. It has a browser that displays ads for the website. It’s easy to click in the wrong place and end up in Safari. Plus, now I can’t log in to remote deposit. I’m guess it’s some sludge to reuse android code with no thought for UI? And why don’t they beta test?

For how many more years will NDFCU ignore feedback? 5 more? 7?
