The Nourish Move Love App is for women who want effective strength workouts, real accountability, and a supportive community that keeps you showing up. Led by fitness trainer Lindsey Bomgren, NML (Nourish Move Love) has become a trusted source for approachable, strength-based workouts reached by millions of women worldwide. With nearly 6,000 YouTube members already training together, this app is the next evolution—a premium, distraction-free home for the programs, coaching, and community support women have been asking for. Inside, you’ll find: + Ad-free access to every NML signature workout program + New program extensions, bonus workouts, and early access to upcoming challenges + Weekly and monthly workouts calendars + Searchable workouts by time, format, muscle group, and training style (strength, HIIT, barre, Pilates, prenatal, postpartum and more) + Livestream workouts and events with real-time coaching and interaction + Replays of all live sessions for on-demand access + Invitation to the NML Games, our annual in-person fitness event, and guided training programs leading up to the NML Games. But what truly sets the NML App apart is the community. Members can join interest-based chat pods—like the 5am Crew, Run Club, NML Games Attendees and more —to find accountability and connect with others working toward similar goals. Whether you’re showing up for a quick 15-minute sweat or diving into a 4-week challenge, you’ll never feel alone. You’ll have structure, support, and a community that wants to see you win. Because you were made to do hard things, but you do not have to do them alone. The NML app is your invitation to go deeper: build consistency, find your people, and stay motivated all year long. Join the Nourish Move Love App and see what’s possible when workouts come with a support system. -- A paid subscription is required to access premium features and content. Lindsey’s workouts have been a staple for me for years. The app makes them even better. Every day is laid out with what workout to do with a look ahead for 3 months! The videos are crisp and high quality. Chat features are fun and checklists keep you accountable. Worth every penny! -- pamelacx2, 2026-04-30 ### ***** "This app is incredible!" I have been following NML on YouTube for years. This app is phenomenal! It’s everything I’ve been hoping for and MORE!! AI Lindsay is available for anything you can think of; the podcasts are at your fingertips; monthly workouts are created and ready for you each day; challenges like push ups are available with a check off for each day. Don’t feel like doing the monthly challenge? No worries, all of NML programs are organized so easily. You can also search for a work out by time, body part, type of exercise. I can go on and on, but bottom line…incredible!! I only wish I could give more stars! -- tc89%tt, 2026-04-30 ### ***** "A More Supportive Way to Work Out" I love the Nourish Move Love app!
