Compulsory log out and not able to log in
The app forced me to update and then logged me out. I have a hundred apps and I don’t remember what phone number they send 2FA codes to. Not customer friendly at all

I have to keep logging in every time this app is updated. Fix it please
Αχρείαστη εφαρμογή. Αηδιαστική εξυπηρέτηση.
Η εφαρμογή δεν μπορεί να κάνει απολύτως τίποτα. Δεν μπορείς να αλλάξεις τα στοιχεία της κάρτας σου. Δεν υπάρχει δωρεάν τρόπος να τους καλέσεις από το εξωτερικό. Εξυπηρέτηση αηδιαστική από τους ανθρώπους στο κατάστημα. Δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα έως τώρα. Μόλις όμως φτάσεις στο σημείο να χρειαστείς την βοήθεια της «εξυπηρέτησης πελατών», Βρίσκεσαι απέναντι σε αγενείς ανθρώπους που δεν θέλουν να σε βοηθήσουν. Ο καθένας λέει άλλη ιστορία. Κανένας δεν ξέρει τι του γίνεται!

Δε μπορείς να κανείς είσοδο με τίποτα στην εφαρμογή . Στέλνει συνέχεια κωδικό στο κινητό ο οποίος δε λειτουργεί και λέει συνέχεια κάτι πήγε στραβά

Την έχω κατεβάσει εδώ και 2-3 βδομαδες και δεν μπορώ να κάνω εγγραφή, όχι log-in! Βάζω όλα τα στοιχεία μου ΑΦΜ, τηλέφωνο, email και βγάζει μήνυμα «ούπς κάτι πήγε στραβά...»
The worst app there is
The application doesn’t work since it launched ! I can’t pay my bills and the overall user experience is one of the worst I have ever seen. Make the app usable at least !!!
