IT IS NETWORKING DISGUISE AS E-COMMERCE. Why I say so? They required members to invite and invite and reach a certain quota in a month, like a Ponzi Scheme. Yes it is registered at SEC as CORPORATION ONLY, NOT INVESTMENT/E-COMMERCE COMPANY. They also lacks DTI e-commerce certificates or full compliance with the ITA to operate as e-commerce business. They are NOT REGULATED with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) which means your funds are NOT SAFE and poses HIGH RISKS. Since they lacks papers, they are not authorized to solicit investment from the public. This app is same to SEATAOO na bigla nalang nawala. Search it for yourself because pagkawala ng ng company milyong tao ang nawalan ng thousands, or millions of pesos because they invest in unauthorized investment scheme. For verification, check for yourself: (1) SEC website: Read the whole registration, it is only registered as Corporate, not e-commerce/investment. (2) Go to DTI website, and verify Novaluxia’s registration: It doesn’t have DTI Certificates specifically states as e-commerce business.
