## Novation Reviews in United States

### *---- "eDeposit Terrible Upgrade"
Rear of check capture always failing, never a problem before the new version.
-- ASU-1997, 2024-09-02

### ***-- "Changes"
Don’t like the new changes that make all money going into savings first and then transferred to checking
-- Sharon Prokosch, 2024-08-20

### ***** "Pretty good"
They haven’t scammed me outta my money so it’s pretty good
-- AmadeusKyouma, 2024-06-19

### *---- "Terrible app"
This is a terrible app and gets worse with every update. It’s difficult to make an edeposit with it because it can’t capture the image. With the most recent update, it no longer lets me view my actual Novation credit card statement—only a summary. Cannot open or print a statement, even though the buttons are there to do so. It just blips but nothing happens. Tried repeatedly. I checked the Downloads folder, thinking it might be there. Nope. Every time I open the credit card portion, it goes through a “wait” cycle then tells me to add a card to continue. The card is already there—I can see it behind the pop up! I cancel and go on, but it’s really annoying to have to do this every single time. We’ve been Novation customers for decades, have a mortgage there and had a car loan with them, their branch location is extremely convenient, no fees at ATMs or on checking, but I’m looking for a new bank ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS TERRIBLE APP.

### *---- "Recent transactions"
Have been unable to review recent transactions for 2 days now, is this permanent or something you’re not aware of?
-- Cue Bert, 2020-08-08

### ***** "Easy App"
Very easy to pay bills and transfer funds but my wish list would be a shared online check registry for wife and I so we're not logging into account on non-Secure wifi.
-- Elliott 55, 2017-10-10

### ***** "Makes life easier!"
It is wonderful to have such an easy to use app. I can check my accounts, confirm my transactions, transfer money, pay my bills, all on my iPad or iPhone. I love this app!
-- sallyjbull, 2017-07-01

### ***** "Great app!"
Check deposit is easy.
-- Kola33319, 2016-12-10

### **--- "Check deposit is no good"
Good app for accessing your accounts. Check deposit is becoming more of a problem with each update. Need to fix.
-- Gpete12, 2016-11-25

### ***** "Great app"
Love the easy access to my accounts.
-- Yummmmmminess, 2016-11-03
