Only problem is that everything in my version of the app is gone now and I’m certainly not going to renew a subscription to a company that basically stole my money. Here’s my response to them … I would love to however my subscription expired and I can’t see any of the feedback I sent to Novelful before … everything is gone. I’m not going to renew as I had just renewed before I changed phones. I basically got ripped off of a $79 subscription I paid for by their lack of response or help. I wonder how many other people they’ve screwed like this? Seems that lack of response and failed subscriptions is a common problem with this app when I look at the feedback in the Apple / iTunes Store.
