Randomly Changing Charges

The stories seem decent but the charge for each chapter changes randomly; not chapter to chapter but the same chapter. I’ll get to a new chapter that has to be unlocked with like 104 coins. I go to the rewards page to try to earn the additional coins needed and when I go back to the same chapter, it’s now 134 coins to unlock. Run out of options for reward coins so I leave the story and come back the following day. The same chapter now needs 224 coins to unlock. THE SAME CHAPTER! This has happened with multiple chapters. I have bought coins to move ahead with the story before but with the steep inflation rates, that’s not happening again. I am also starting to think the price changes relative to how many coins you have. Too deep in the story now but once this book is done, I need to delete this app.

The book started off really well, but then you have to purchase. Ok sure, it’s not my first book app subscription. But they lie about purchasing the rest of the chapters in bulk together. I also paid the 19.99 for a month. So, you’re telling me I have to pay that plus additional $$ for each chapter separately?! NOPE….not getting scammed out more than you got me for. Also, SPELL AND GRAMMAR CHECK IS FREE!!!

The stories are overpriced. I paid for the subscription for a month got to chapter 42 and with a 20% discount it was still going to cost me over $100 to finish the book. I’ve rarely spent that on an entire novel series in paperback. They are entertaining but nothing mind blowing definitely not something to spend $120+ on. Lots of grammar mistakes, it seems some of the stories have barely been edited. Each chapter is very small. The stories lines are predictable and follow many tropes of the genre. At this point I think I will get better stories and better prices just buying physical/digital books off Amazon or at my local book store.

$10 will only get you about $5 chapters, end up spending over a hundred in the end for 1 book. I paid for the monthly subscription for hundreds of daily check in coins and a certain amount given monthly, however I have not had any increase in coins given. Still asking me to pay the same amount, just as often. Not sure what i paid for, canceled my subscription. Do not recommend
