## Novo Cinemas Reviews in United Arab Emirates

### *---- "Pathetic !"
This is the worst app.
It always says error and “monthly limit exceeded” even though I haven’t booked a ticket for the past 3 months. I tried several bank cards and all are same. Unfortunately, there is no customer care team to support.

Totally disappointed :(
-- RSR-DXB, 2024-06-22

### *---- "Can’t even make payments"
Better to remove the app from the App Store until basic features like payment are sorted.
-- Ksh912, 2024-06-16

### ***** "it’s good"
idk why it’s bad for everyone but personally it’s good and there’s nothing wrong
-- Shakira_shakira, 2024-06-02

### *---- "Poor quality app and website"
Neither app opens and neither their website to book
-- Tarun 11, 2024-04-11

### *---- "Worst booking experience"
This is one of the pathetic performance booking App.
You will find difficulty in signing up and there will be server error while booking.
-- KarthiLuffy, 2024-04-11

### *---- "App crashing"
App crashing every time on tapping dashboard or resent ticket confirmation. Cannot view reward points or get ticket confirmation on email or sms. Web login not supports apple id login. Please fix this as soon as possible.
-- V15W4, 2023-10-18

### **--- "No basic features:"
Novo Cinema Qatar: App is really poor performance. Always found failure and error in its payment gateway stage. Raised complaints several times over the phone and on the counter, but still it remains same.

Moreover, it’s not supporting Apple Pay. Nowadays even browser page provides Apple Pay feature, on top of their App. I repeat the Novo App (for Qatar) is very disappointing.
-- Shaan here, 2023-10-07

### *---- "Payment Issue"
It is not accepting online payment which is very annoying and finally the app not doing what is mainly designed to do . Better to delete the app it is useless.
-- Good @@@, 2023-06-30

### *---- "Not working good"
It’s headache you need to improve it.it’s not working good you need to do and redo steps and finally to not complete the payment so it’s useless and I will delete the application
-- Narsisso, 2023-04-23

### *---- "Useless IT team"
Useless IT and support team!
Website had always an issues, today I have tried to pay around 5 times, finally called a support team, they said I can book via app, it’s the same problem!
Management team, what are you looking at? Which such kind of attitude towards your company you would be out of business soon!
