It’s my fault for not doing full research to learn that Novo does not have Zelle and I have to pay fees to move money from Novo to another account…. They are a fintech, meaning they piggy back on an actual physical bank to do business with you, but you will first need to open accounts on hundreds of other fintech apps first. Want to do an international wire transfer? You will need to use Wise. What’s Wise? It’s an app / website that exists for the sole purpose of transferring money for you. Want to transfer money out to your other bank? Use Plaid. What’s Plaid you asked? It’s another app / website that lets you link your bank to Novo so you can “Pay Yourself”. Novo has no problem taking money from me, why does it give me so many hoops to jump through when I need to send money out? I don’t know. What I know is Novo is NOT A BANK, it’s an app that has a collection of a bunch of other apps, so if you enjoy jumping through hoops, by all means Novo is 100% for you. -- Sorunt, 2024-11-15 ### *---- "Business owner" Do not waste you time dealing with this fake wanna be bank. I followed all of the app procedures and I’ve made telephone calls the day of the fraudulent activity. Still no resolution or outbound communication or sense of urgency to assist me in this matter just a customer no service email “we’ll get back to you within 120 days”… The bank claims to be FDIC insured. It’s upsetting to know your money can be tied up this long with bills to pay, and no one reaches out to you directly regarding this matter and then closes out all of your fraud tickets concerning the communications about this matter these tickets should all still be open or by now resolved.
