FAQ
Is NOW free?
Yes, NOW is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is NOW legit?
⚠️ Warning: Multiple users of NOW have mentioned scam or fraud. Investigate thoroughly before using this app.
I checked and it's ok but too expensive, I previously thought I'd come back here in a few months but because of the prolongation of the same question about whether I want to delete the sub, I'll give up and won't come back to this app.
Has become really slow to load app
Used to be create but it has recently become very slow to load anything on the app and many times it throws up errors. It puts me off investing in expensive subscriptions anymore
Not impressed
I have now Tv for my husband to watch f1 , I decided to cancel my subscription to Hayu and do the two on now Tv , Now Tv do not have the most recent episodes of the housewives , I am not impressed paying you the 5.99 and not being able to watch the most recent episodes , that is bull**** , I am actually fuming
Not working on iPhone
Not working. When I try to launch the app it says make sure I’m online and try again. Been happening for a while, can’t understand why it’s not been fixed.
Hidden charges
Complicated app, was charged twice a month for “premium services” that I never intentionally agreed to and the cancellation process is not as easy as you would think. Not an app worth downloading unless you’re determined to watch a specific series which you could probably find elsewhere.
Awful for sports
it’s the worst. I’m sorry if you have to use this app.
Crashes
The app crashes a few minutes into watching something, it’s not saved in your history and you have to start all over again. Why there’s adds I don’t know. But I say I’ll be cancelling this only after joining for two weeks.
Be careful
I subscribed to Now, with the intention of watching a certain series. I paid €11.95 for that subscription when watching the series didn't work for me, so I thought it was my fault, and I got another plan from them for €8. When I watch the series it didn't work this time either. I checked on the internet if I can watch movies and series in Ireland and the internet says yes, but I haven't been able to watch any movies or series! Be careful what you spend your money on.
Decent
The content is good and the app runs decent enough.
Please ditch this Pride stories nonsense etc. like other companies. It’s not doing you any favours.
If a movie etc. looks like something worth watching, I’ll watch. Don’t need these things forced down our throats.
