Latest update seems to have broken the remote control functionality.

As title, need to remove and re-register again and reduce “remaining changes” allowance annually. I have already called now TV Customer Service. The problem is still unsolved. You expect so easy to use all 12 times allowances per year. This new policy is so annoying…….

Not a great streaming software (fiddly, slow response, search function doesn’t work with general algorithms meaning you need to be precise and specific, it has a tough time remembering your progress) but it works…. BUT the LOW VOLUME drives me NUTS! Played at its highest setting, and I can still barely hear the contents. Please sort this out!

I do not like this app. The app on my Samsung Tv is even worse than this iPhone app. The user experience was so bad on my Samsung TV that I cancelled my subscription within 15 minutes. There is no option to download tv shows or movies. It would have been better if I could just use the HBO Go app directly rather than having to use the Now TV app.
