Still can’t add items" Ver 7.1.7 - I updated the app, logged out, force closed app, rebooted iPhone, logged back in then, added an item. I got the check mark but, the new item didn’t appear in the inventory. Ver 7.1.5 and 7.1.6 - Now when I press “add”, it no longer keeps spinning. I get the checkmark to indicate the item’s been added but, the item isn’t added. When I check my inventory, the items weren’t added. I don’t know where they went ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Thank you for this update. At least, it fixed part of the solution. Version 7.1.4 - Still no change. I appreciate how many updates were issued but unfortunately, they haven’t fixed the problem. Version 7.1.2 - No change Sept 19/‘25 - Thank you for the update. I updated the app but unfortunately, the problem still persists. I tried logging out, uninstalling, rebooting, re-installing then logging back in but still cannot add items. I really liked this app and appreciate you updating it but could you please try again. Thank you. Please fix this app! I can’t add items anymore. Everything else works fine except for adding items. Now what I plan to do is, instead of deleting or marking an item as finished, I’ll just change the name and other info to reflect a new item I want to add. This is the only way I can think of to work around the problem until it is fixed and I hope that happens soon because I am a subscriber. I was thinking of cancelling my subscription but it had already renewed recently so I’ll try this workaround and see how it goes and decide what I’ll do next renewal time. -- Akiko Kita, 2025-10-02 ### ****- "Only records your food" Well, it literally says what it does however, it doesn’t help you make meals see the food that you have might help. I can’t add items anymore. When I try to add items, it just shows that it’s working but stalls and never updates. That’s the reason for the low rating. Messages to users are confusing and inaccurate. “Already scanned” for net new etc. Word wrap for some product name fields is required; but not available. Standard form icons (selection circle) used to mean different things. Category icons too small to be useful. Most entries require extra keystrokes/ actions that should be intuitive. Ie I scan in a item, then also have to change quantity from 0 to 1. It should be the same as If you are in grocery store; when they scan, it adds to your total. They can override the quantity if required, but by default, scanning the item means you intend to buy it. A pantry app should work the same; if I scan it, I’m putting it into my cupboard. The good stuff: Tracks expiry of food Has different locations to track & estimates expiration based on location.
