## NoWaste Description
Eenvoudig bijhouden, organiseren en beheren van al het eten in je huis.

Met lijstjes voor je vriezer, koelkast en voorraadkast kun je eenvoudig controleren welk eten je nog hebt, zien welk eten je als eerst moet gebruiken, je maaltijden plannen, onnodige aankopen voorkomen, voedselverspilling verminderen en een hoop geld besparen. 

Kenmerken:

• Voorraadlijstjes voor je vriezer, koelkast en voorraadkast

• Scan barcodes om eten snel toe te voegen

• Synchroniseer je lijstjes op verschillende apparaten

• Een super ontwerp van de lijsten zorgt voor een helder voedseloverzicht

• Sorteer je eten op houdbaarheidsdatum, naam of categorie

• Filter je eten volgens categorie of plaatsing

​• Verplaats items tussen verschillende lijsten 

• Zoek en kom te weten of je een bepaald levensmiddel in huis hebt

• Voeg eten toe vanuit een bibliotheek van +200 verschillende voedselwaren

The subscription available in NoWaste is an annual subscription of $6.99 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. For more information, see our 'Terms and Conditions' and Privacy Policy.

A real improvement would be the feature to scan a product that you take out of the stack. It is quite hard to find the products by the name it was originally scanned with

I am pleasantly using the NoWaste app to organize my groceries. However two things:
1. It seems the camera is always active while running the app and as such draining battery; 
2. The expiry date reminder function does not work for me as I have never received a notification from the NoWaste app.

Ik heb de proversie gekocht en ik zou deze willen blijven gebruiken maar dan schakelen ze opeens over op een andere database en op een abonnements vorm betalen per jaar en duurt het 4 maanden om dit op orde te krijgen ik kan geen gebruik meer maken van de Pro features omdat de knop Herstel Aankoop ook niet werkt dit heb ik laten weten bij de developer maar krijg nu geen reactie meer.

Dagen lang mn vriezers geüpload. Nu nieuwe app accepteert hij mn inlognaam niet en al mn e-mails ook niet. Maar blijkt dat je je oude naam kan invoeren als je geregistreerd hebt. Prima app, werkte goed en snel. Perfect te weten wat je in vriezers hebt zitten.

We are very happy with this app because it helps us keep track of all our food and the expiration dates. We add all our items in Dutch as we live in the Netherlands. Apart from the English interface we can store our food in our language, which is nice.

Werkt goed. Barcode scanner werkt ook goed met Nederlandse producten. Mogelijkheid om eigen categorien aan te maken. Helaas kun je zelf geen productgroepen toevoegen aan standaard categorien. Zou leuk zijn als dit mogelijk was.

I love this app. I have used a couple of different pantry apps and this is the only one left on my phone and ipad. It works great. It is simple to use and the support of the developer is anazing. Quick to respond  and very helpful. 
I would certainly recomment this app.

### *---- "Sub-optimal UI and missing functionality"
While scanning, added many items to the fridge list. Apparently I cannot move the items to the pantry list. That makes all these items pretty useless. 

That's just not a very good UI. Probably going to abandon the app now and find something better. 

Typical design by a developer who understands code and not product so an unwise time investment and commitment  for me as a user.
