Sequencing is virtually useless in Australia. Also very frustrating you can’t listen to anything while working as it cuts out every time you use the camera to scan a parcel. 😤
Can’t back out of map on iPhone when phone is verticals so have to turn it horizontal to be able to go back to the list.

App is old school and updated and definitely should take exemple on other softwares because honestly the amount of time I lose everyday because of this app is ridiculous !
Not to mention how bad the app affects the battery and takes forever to scan a parcel although the camera is focused and clear . You can do better

### ****- "Recommendations"
I’ve been using this app and I really like it, but I have a few suggestions for improvements:

1. It would be great if we could manually adjust the stops. Sometimes the auto sequence doesn’t work quite right and it can be frustrating. A drag and drop feature would be awesome!

2. When delivering a package that is out of sequence, for example, I was supposed to deliver to stop #3 but I went to stop #10 instead. Doing this will mess up the stop numbers. This should not happen. A good example of this would be the Amazon Flex app. When delivering the stops, the numbers never change no matter if you follow the app sequence or not.

3. Once i have scanned the package for delivery, and once i click on deliver, the app should directly open up camera to capture the image instead of asking us where we are dropping the package, there should be different menu if we are dropping the package somewhere other than the front door. This will decrease our delivery time.

4. When scanning a package, the clicking sound stops any music/ songs playing, please make it so that the songs don’t stop because its quite annoying to keep playing the music again and again when you have like 200 plus stops.

Really enjoy using this app across platforms, but in the messages would be good if you could attach photos. And on iPhone the GPS has to working Instantly, there is a delay!!

I have used this app a couple of time now, I have had a mostly positive experience though during setup I was able to choose a default maps app for each route but I can’t seem to find where to change it and no help button I can find in the app. FAQ was unhelpful also.

The sequence option doesn’t function the way it has to. The developer, please fix this issue. 
It always wastes my time a lot and makes very hard to perform my delivery job. 
What’s the point of using a sequencing application which doesn’t sequence my job.

Initially 18+ months ago there were a few minor issues, but with each new update, the app has been getting better and better. I like the slightly modified list appearance where each step is clearly labeled a pick up or a delivery. Now if I could just get our distribution service to change the two pages and 15 induction/safety check questions at the start of every run down to just one check answer with a larger tick box would make using the app faster and easier. (If us drivers don’t confirm yes to any of the checks, the run details won’t load, so it’s either all or none. Not the app creator’s issue, just how our supplier keeping tabs on us has set it up.) Liking the app more and more over time. An option I would like to see added is the ability to email the completed run list and delivery times, as I have to manually read through and transcribe the times at the end of the run. I like the ability to email run manifests to myself, as I use them to fill out a spreadsheet so I know how to load my truck, before I have even left home. This has mad truck loading, load planning, and deliveries so much more efficient.

### ***** "Capture photo when scanning"
Great app for couriers! Pls consider in future if possible the followings:
1) upon scanning during delivery, the app can capture the photo as well. Cause all drop off required proof of delivery photo. Save us 1 step ahead than usual.
2) during sequence can have an unselect address button. Sometimes few addresses required different route & we could skip it for later delivery.
