The NowServing app (by SeriousMD) was originally built to help inform you about your queue position, so you can make the most of your time. Roam around the mall, finish chores, have some coffee and go back to the clinic when it’s almost your turn.
With the current situation the country is in, we've brought out a ton of new features to better keep both you and your doctors safe.
Today, the NowServing app also gives you a way to:
* Book a schedule with your doctor
* Chat with your doctor's staff to ask for schedules or ask minor questions
* You can be notified if the doctor is already IN and has started clinic
* You will be notified if the doctor cancelled the clinic due to an emergency
* You can now do online video consultations with your doctor
* Save transcripts of your online consult
* Have access to the prescriptions and other files sent to you by your doctor
* Receive your lab results from Hi-Precision
* Order medicines online and get it delivered straight to where you are
We've also partnered with companies like Hi-Precision, Medicard, MedExpress and more to offer you more convenience.

This app got me thru my pregnancy! And even after giving birth, the doctors are friendly and are always on time. This also gives me discounts for lab tests.

App leading doctor for patient neglect

This app is useless for doctors and secretaries who deliberately do not answer their phones and force you to rely on the app while completely disregarding your messages and chat queries. Tried to book a face to face consultation and successfully attached the LOA, even tried messaging if LOA was already sufficient but there was no reply; after a few days, when the appointment time came, the secretary said that the doctor does not accept HMOs for that type of consultation and needed to pay P2,000 for consultation fee. It seemed like a scam. The doctor was even able to confirm the schedule and provide the precise appointment time, so one would assume everything's ok - that they saw the LOA and other details but just did not disclose anything or reply to queries.

Should have an option to cancel

There should be an option to cancel an appointment for doctors who doesn't show on time or not show up at all. It's such a waste of time and money.
