## NowServing by SeriousMD Description
The NowServing app helps connect you to your doctors, so you can receive the healthcare that you deserve. 

The NowServing app (by SeriousMD) was originally built to help inform you about your queue position, so you can make the most of your time. Roam around the mall, finish chores, have some coffee and go back to the clinic when it’s almost your turn.

With the current situation the country is in, we've brought out a ton of new features to better keep both you and your doctors safe.

Today, the NowServing app also gives you a way to:
* Book a schedule with your doctor
* Chat with your doctor's staff to ask for schedules or ask minor questions
* You can be notified if the doctor is already IN and has started clinic
* You will be notified if the doctor cancelled the clinic due to an emergency
* You can now do online video consultations with your doctor
* Save transcripts of your online consult
* Have access to the prescriptions and other files sent to you by your doctor
* Receive your lab results from Hi-Precision
* Order medicines online and get it delivered straight to where you are

We've also partnered with companies like Hi-Precision, Medicard, MedExpress and more to offer you more convenience.

Doctors joined now serving app. And they require appt here as well, I hope they utilize it. There’s already a queue here, so why do they implement first come, first serve in the clinic? It defeats the purpose. Instead of just coming to the clinic when there’s atleast 5 people before us, we still have to wait long hours with a lot of SICK people in one room.

Very convenient and helpful. I was able to schedule my appointment with my preferred ENT and hospital. The App even helps you fill out the LOA form of the HMO automatically you just need to print the form. You can even send messages to the doctor via the virtual assistant. Overall great GUI and experience with the NowServing App making doctor visits more pleasant and seamless.

I have been a user of NowServing and it has been very useful especially for online consultations. Please add a feature where you’ll be able to select doctors based from accredited HMO whether Online or Onsite Consult. I already filtered for the HMO card, however upon opening the doctor’s profile, for some, the online consult for HMO is not available. I have to open each and every profile of doctors to see which one accepts HMO for online consult. Thanks

My account seems to have been disabled for no reason and they could not be reached out. You can email them but they could always make excuses to not reply. They have no contact number and when a patient has a problem this can potentially be a serious issue. Add a contact number please!

Doctors or their secretaries are asking for additional fees other than the fee indicated on their profiles. They often ask for payment outside the app. I hope there would be a way for us patients to report this as we are not expecting additional fees for the service they were supposedly providing.

I booked online consultation the day before as per available schedule of the doctor. Received notif that my request was granted. I was in the waiting room minutes before the scheduled time and no doctor came in in the call. I waited and no message or notif if the doctor will come in. I wasted my time. Message the doctor but no response.I could have slept that time since I have a night shift job afterwards.

I booked a Cardiologist via NowServing and it was accepted by the doctor. My sister and aunt went to the clinic today but was rejected, per the personnel, the booking didnt pushed through their system and they’re not partners with NowServing.

But per checking on the system, it was accepted by the doctor. So who’s telling the truth?
