Description
The APP gives details of NPS account registered with KFintech-CRA. The Subscriber can access latest account details by logging in through User ID (PRAN) and password (I-PIN). The following features are provided through the APP
1. View your Profile details.
2. View current Holdings
3. Request for Transaction Statement on registered Email ID.
4. Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and Email ID.
5. Change Password facility
6. View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out
7. Contribute in NPS Tier I as well as Tier II account
8. Change Scheme Preference
9. One Way Switch request (from Tier II to Tier I)
10. Tier II withdrawal request
11. Modify address using Aadhaar
12. Grievance/Enquiry
13. Generate Password

Extremely buggy
Everytime I tried to apply for DRemit, it says something went wrong. The account type drop down does not show the options. Unable to even update nominee details, it is extremely frustrating to update everything and get an error page after clicking on Save
App times out login
When login the app and trying to make contribution, while on the payment page it says authorisation times out and logged off from system. Please rectify
Date picker not shown, funds can nit be managed
Date picker is not visible on screen throughout the application You will not able to manage funds using mobile app
Worst application, keeps timing out
This is the worst application to use for NPS. Better use your PC to do contribution to NPS account.

My signature on pran card got truncated automatically. Regret opening through this fintech.
Kicks out
App is continuously kicking out me after login
Unable to save download and contribute in tier2
The app does not respond once an SOT download is requested, also making contributions to tier-2 is not possible as the screen froze after “credit card payment “ related message.
Pathetic Logs Out in 10 seconds all the time
Keeps getting timed out in 10 seconds right after login. Is this app even maintained? What kind of user experience are you trying to provide with such a bugged app.
