With this app you can currently make calls using the following NRS call options: - NRS Chat – if you want to type and read your conversation - Voice Relay – if you are hard to understand on the phone - NRS Captions – if you can speak but can’t hear clearly - Video Relay - if you use Auslan COST The app and any calls you make while using the app are free. However, the app requires an internet connection and uses data. How you are charged for this data will depend on the plan you have with your service provider. However, in the app itself, pressing the return key (either onscreen or keyboard) only goes to the second line of the message box. This is highly inconvenient as you would then have to physically press the blue button onscreen to make it send message. It would be great if you could fix that key so it sends the message. We have Shift+Return for that function to go to next line. Can this be fixed? -- Atlanteanix25x, 2022-05-11 ### *---- "Useless app" The app is absolutely useless. I have registered and I’ve already created a password. When I try to login it says create a password, So I go back to my gmail and reset the password Bla bla bla round and round in circles!!! I think all of the government websites are useless.
