Could not use
They sent an email confirmation but my booking code was not included and when I tried to load the tickets it would not work. I I tried several times. Out my money for train ticket’s and zero I customer service!!!

Bad app
One of the worst apps I’ve seen. Does not work for international customers.
It seems you don't care or maybe you have another reason!
It doesn't work, when I need it most. Log in is painful. Tickets disappear for no reason Account recovery is painful Definitely this app let you look stupid in The Silicon Valley It makes things worse Sorry, but you need to be told the truth
Importing trip
Tapped the ‘Tickets in App’ button. Nothing - fiddled around for ten minutes. Gave up, printed it out on paper. Not intuitive at all. I’m sure intended to make life a little easier but I didn’t find it so...
