Praises to the app

Anton4488 on

I’m very happy with the app. It’s a great help! The UX is very well crafted, and I just love the NS brand identity design, and the level over quality of the entire interface of both the app and the website. The underlying system that counts the price of past trips is horrible though. It takes many days for the details of past trips to get computed and displayed properly. It feels like the database is from the 80’s—that runs the NS system. So I am curious when will they upgrade/replace their underlying data model to something modern and instant.

Worst experience ever

They're constantly charging money for nothing. The site is always glitching. It is not always possible to get through on the phone. Buy a regular OV. Never buy a personalized card with a linked account! Train and bus schedules are another topic. I have never experienced as many delays and cancellations as I did in Eindhoven.

Bad as hell

Mijn NS works perfect from the PC, but don’t login in the app. Changed the password but it didn’t help.

Купил билеты через iPad, в приложении не открываются. Только в iPhone. Приходит email, переадресовывает на сайт: там кнопка на скачивание. Приложение на iPad не реагирует. Спасибо, хоть так.

No Köln/Bohn airport

Степан В on

Tried to buy a ticket to Köln/Bohn airport, but there is no such station in the app. However, it is easy to do it via NS ticket machine. If you promote the app as an alternative to a ticket machine, then please care to add all the stations that are available on a ticket machine.
