I am having issues logging in on line. So the customer service team forced me to change my PIN. This logged me out of the app somehow!! Now I am unable to log into the app because the password field on the app will not accept numeric characters. The keyboard will not shift to numeric.

Continually says a message will now appear in your screen. Be r happens. Try again - same rubbish. So much time wasted to try to view a balance. Not ideal will be moving funds as soon as I can somehow get to do so.

I like the app but would like to be able to see messages, you get an email telling you you have a message but can’t get to it from the app and have to log in with the web browser. Fix that and it will get a better review

These companies that want us to use their apps but it lacks a simple function like accessing a message. You created an app, you email me me to say I have a prize? Why not create an app with notifications and a messaging system combined? I agree this is a 1-star app along with the other uk government app for HMRC. It's pointless too

Let people the ability to change update or add accounts all within the app not on the website that glitches 24/7 it’s a nightmare. Just fix it ffs. And make it like (Chip) ideally this is best! It’s absolutely rubbish. The hassive is unreal!

The randomized key pin pad is absolutely terrible idea when it comes to user experience. You must really hate your customers if you do stuff like that. Some high street banks are doing crazy things, but this is next level. People working on this app should be ashamed.

Utterly useless. Unless you simply want to see what’s in the account.

This app is only slightly better than their website which has had glitches for over 2 years. It’s funny how you can add money to an account, but no facility to withdraw from the app. The website is pretty much the same, when you try to withdraw it locks you out( you’ve pressed the back button- No I haven’t!! Once locked out you have extra security measures applied which can only be over-ridden by a special team! Long and short of it - they willingly take your money but don’t like you taking it.Reviewed by OAP needing funds to cover an unexpected energy bill.

This app could be brilliant if they made it into a proper banking app with transfers and new applications allowed within the app. Come on now NS&I you have absolutely billions of pounds just invest a million or so into the app and come into the 21st century
