## NSW DoE Portal Description
The NSW DoE Staff Portal app aims to provide improved mobility to assist in the management of day-to-day administration needs at schools, whilst on the go. 

Whilst functionality is aimed at principals for now, access to the app is now possible for all NSW DoE staff. New features are continuously being worked on and any suggestions by staff is encouraged.

Key features include:

- SchoolBiz news: Optional push notifications. Find, save and share SchoolBiz articles and editions.

- My Essentials: Quick, easy access to your Essential shortcuts.

- Contact Directory search: Access to school contact lists.

This is a staff only app. Any issues with staff logging in, please contact EdConnect for assistance.

Please fix this issue- many apps have Touch ID that works- why do we still need to use email/password/verification code EVERY TIME? I have deleted and reinstalled app several times.

Literally the worst app I’ve ever had to use. NSW public school teachers can’t even get a decent app to check emails and do basic things. Never works. Crashes. Have to type in our super long login and get a text and code to confirm identity every single time you try to log in, and then it just crashes every time. Don’t bother.

When I use the app on my phone, I have to enter my whole Department email address and password then wait for a passcode to be sent to my phone and enter that in, before I can access anything. I click something that says “Stay logged in?” but ten minutes later I’ve been logged out and I have to do the whole palaver again. How do all the other apps that use Touch ID manage it and it works every time? I called IT at the Dept and they said delete the app and reload. It worked two or three times and then it didn’t. It’s such a low quality app, it’s ridiculous.
