2. Easy wayfinding with campus indoor map Wander no more with the campus indoor map! Search for and locate your destinations easily with step-by-step navigation. Planning your journeys around campus has never been easier.



3. Interact with Lyon chatbot Get the information you need quickly through the Lyon chatbot, who stands ready to answer any questions you may have.



4. Contact campus security Report incidents and security concerns directly using the NTU Omnibus app.

There is no bus displayed on the map. My device is iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 15.7

UI needs some improvements

Although bus timing is better than before, the UI design is way too outdated and needs some adjustments. The top bar doesn’t fit dynamic island of iPhone 14 pro. The icon of the bus is placed too far away from road and sometimes hard to locate the bus.

Much worse than previous app. The bus location is reported extremely inaccurate, and not real updated.

Difficult to use

Hard to identify where I am located. And when the blue dot shows up, It’s hard to press on the bus stop. Not as easy to navigate as the old app.

Tong Tar more like Tong Sampah. Hope CDG can do better and give the most basic things like accurate bus timings and better waiting times, as well as more comfortable rides.
