Seriously in need of an update!
This COULD be a useful app if it referred to Cochlear’s latest products (Nucleus 8 and Kanso 2) but it is way out of date. Come on Cochlear! UPDATE! Please!

Does not support N7. But if you’re in the dark ages and have the N5, this might work for you.
I have had my N7 for almost 5years now and I’m gonna upgrade to N8 but this support app doesn't seem to have my N7 and they need to upgrade there app this is so annoying especially since it 2023 and it’s been a long time since they didn’t update or upgrade there app
I keep checking and hoping N7 support will be added as it's been 4 years, but there still isn't anything added for N7. Nucleus really needed to update the app. Especially with the arrival of the N8 coming out in 2023. This is very disappointing.
My daughter has had the Nucleus 7 for over 2 years & there still isn’t any support information on this app?
No support for nucleus 7 still. Seems like cochlear is putting all their effort into selling 7 with no support. Wish I had chosen Medel like my friend did. Their support is awesome. So I’m stuck.
No N7 support???? When?
It seems reasonable that new users of a new device need the support most. 3 months into the US release of the N7 processor and this app has no support for it. I would have expected this to be updated BEFORE the release. Anyway, hopefully there will be an update soon.
Unfortunately, the top banner blocks from being able to select English as preferred language. So you can't get past this step and use the app.
FIX it, you know what I mean.
