Instead of blocking distracting apps entirely, Nudge lets you use them exactly how want to. How it works: 1. Choose which apps you want Nudge to help you with 2. Tell Nudge how you want to use your apps (e.g., "No political content" or "Let me reply to Sarah's message" etc.) 3. Nudge detects if you get distracted and gently pulls you away from distraction 4. Use your phone exactly how you want and waste no time TWO MODES FOR DIFFERENT NEEDS Task Mode (Pro) AI detects when you're distracted from your stated goal. Get a gentle nudge to get back on track. No willpower required. Timer Mode (Free) Set time limits for each time you use an app. Simple, effective, no AI. WHY NUDGE IS DIFFERENT Other blockers limit screen time, which works for a few weeks until it’s too annoying and people give up. Nudge is the first app to restrict phone use with nuance. • Not just a blocker (but also a blocker): you can still use your apps, just more mindfully • Intelligent waiting room designs: the more you use distracting apps, the bigger the friction to access • AI understands context: scrolling Instagram for a friend's post? That's allowed. Falling down a Reels rabbit hole? You'll get nudged. • Builds better habits: over time, you'll naturally become more intentional PERFECT FOR: • Never checking "just one thing" that turns into an hour • Stopping to use media that steals your focus • Those fed up with other basic app blocking solutions • Anyone who wants to use their phone, not be used by it Timer Mode is completely free. --- Subscription Details: - Nudge Pro Weekly: $12.99/week - Nudge Pro Monthly: $19.99/month - Nudge Pro Annual: $99.99/year (7-day free trial for eligible users) Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. For those of us who spend too much time on our phones, often despite our best efforts, this has the potential to be a real game changer. -- itsjtoday, 2026-03-09 ### ***** "Life changing app!" The first app that has actually successfully cut down my screen time. A true lifesaver! -- lrofe90, 2026-03-05 ### ***** "This app changed my life" I’ve tried all other apps for limiting my screen time but nothing comes close to this one!! -- Aniiiii898, 2026-03-02 ### ***** "I got 5 hours back today" Not exaggerating. I used to lose easily 5 hours a day to mindless scrolling. First week with Nudge and I'm catching myself (or rather should I say it is catching me)… The intention thing changes everything. when you have to say WHY you're opening an app, half the time you realize you don't even have a reason. Just amazing, highly recommend. -- Snapster219, 2026-02-27 [View all Nudge reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Nudge In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Nudge Pro | $19.99 | | 5 Hours | $4.99 | | 21 Hours | $19.99 | | 16 Hours | $14.99 | | 11 Hours | $9.99 | | ~7 Hours | $4.99 | | 30 Hours | $19.99 | | 23 Hours | $14.99 | | ~15 Hours | $9.99 | ## Nudge Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/canada) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/egypt) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/united-kingdom) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/iceland) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/jordan) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/kenya) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/cayman-islands) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/mexico) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/new-zealand) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/panama) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/russia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/singapore) - [Suriname](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/suriname) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/turkey) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/armenia) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/uzbekistan) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/bahrain) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/nudge-focus-app-blocker-WcNy/belarus) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
