NueSynergy Mobile shares user authentication with the NueSynergy Online Participant Portal, meaning that registered users can merely download the application and log in to immediately gain mobile access to their benefit accounts, with no need to register their mobile phone. The security code only contains numbers. Also,I’m constantly being told to submit an EOB for prescriptions but medications don’t have EOBs. I feel like it’s trying to keep us from using the money in the account. It feels like a part-time job trying to manage all the paperwork. Very very frustrating.
