Potential but no success
I have been unable to successfully pair my device (trinity+ pro) since I first got it over a year ago. I reached out to support who said it was under warranty so gave me a new one, same issue. I have to manually track all treatments which is a pain. Can’t figure it out after resetting the device, reinstalling the app, and my phone. Very frustrating!

Serious connection & interface issues
Brand new device, received for Christmas. Difficulty connecting (8+ tries w/ a iPhone 16) once I connected the different treatment options ask you to connect yet again before you can start the video. (which it won’t because of the poor Bluetooth) customer service and troubleshooting places the blame on your phone instead of what is clearly a manufacturer issue. They really should just show the videos without asking you to connect the device again before each use. Offer instruction to your customers who have already paid for an expensive device without extra hoops to jump through, if customers want to use the app as a digital esthetician and do targeting treatment plans let that be their choice, not yours.

New to NuFace
My first time using the Trinity+ was ok. I spent a 1/2 hour trying to get my system to pair with the application with no success. I did not realize there were currents coming from the machine so please make sure you use the activator gel. As this review was prompted after my first time using, I am limited with what I can share.
