Unable to receive verification emails after requesting support multiple times

Excellent range of classes to try in my own time. Perfect when I’m away and unable to visit the gym.

This app has never worked for me.

Poor app does not cross validate with existing membership so cannot use

Unable to activate app as link email never arrives despite having a membership. Emails are received from the booking app so can’t see why I’m not receiving the link . Junk emails also checked

When you click link to sign in. They are supposed to send email link But it does not . Tried several times

My PT has recommended that I stretch every day - the stretch routines on 24/7 are easy to follow and well thought out.

A great range of exercises from 5 mins up and any intensity. I love doing a 15 min session after my daily warm up routine. I think doing short Pilates classes on 24/7 helps me prepare for my longer class at the gym, getting familiar with moves and learning what’s good or not so good for me.

I live about a 40 min drive away from my home centre having the app at home to do my classes in between is brilliant for me especially when I need to know if I can actually manage the class I have chosen. Having back spinal problems if I’m not able to manage I can skip the harder parts and not feel awkward. Finding so many here is just fantastic but I can’t seem to find Tai Chi.

Doesn’t work with membership! So completely useless!
