I have removed and reinstalled and regularly update apps, but no difference. I can’t view appointments to add to calendar or cancel appointments if needed. -- Kaz48, 2024-12-08 ### **--- "Can’t save other locations" I live in London so there’s lots of over Nuffield health gyms that could be an option of me, depending on my plans for the day, but I have no way of bookmarking the locations of other gyms, only my home gym, and I’m left scrolling through over 100 gym names trying to remember what Nuffield health named the one close to where I’m going… Also, I know there’s like 6 gyms not included in my membership tier, but the app has no way to differentiate gyms and their membership tiers, and I can’t remember the names of which London gyms I can go to and which I can’t. The app will let me book classes at all of them so am I going to have a surprise charge if I forget that City isn’t included? However, after reading through the other poor comments it would appear I am not alone. It’s almost 2025 you are supposedly a large organisation and you can’t fix a simple app. There are budget gyms out there that put you to shame with their apps. People don’t want to carry gym cards with them and want apps that let them scan into gyms and book classes.Simple. Based on the dates of some of these historical comments it would appear that you just don’t care. Poor customer service. You have a good product in a very competitive market that sets you aside from budget gyms, you should be doing everything you can to ensure you give clients platinum service. Ap sometimes crashes when trying to book in for popular, often over-subscribed classes. Twice in the last three weeks whilst attempting to book a class the app informs me I’ve been booked into the class, but then the required confirmation text never materialises. Without the confirmation text, no class officially booked! Frustrating app, but a great gym though! The app still has stability problems when attempting to book classes at 7am during the general rush. But my biggest gripe is that it no longer removes calendar appointments when classes are cancelled. I do not see why Nuffield need full access to read my calendar and is very intrusive. The app should be able to allow write only access so class entries can be added to the calendar without opening up all calendar entries to the app owners. Also keeps telling me there’s a problem (duh 🙄) I asked on reception more than once and given a number to call to get me up and running! Nothing! I’ve deleted and reinstalled again and again. Just call the gym to book a class!! Seriously 🙄 always to be told it’s full try again the morning.
