我最喜歡的是她們差不多每2個月會給我們一個挑戰，eg 28天馬甲線訓練💪🏿或者大家都很喜歡的2個月體態挑戰！有這樣的挑戰令我們更加有動力♥️

教練們有時候會和我們來過線上訓練陪伴我們繼續運動，又會有分享食譜教我們如何飲食，用女力app的伙伴都會在Facebook一起鼓勵大家！💌

雖然這個app大多數是女生，但男生都是可以一起練的，我就拉我爸和男朋友一起練app的瑜伽課程🧘🏻‍♀️
