I block numbers bc they come all from the same 3 first digits. Didn’t stop it. I had to add multiple second 3 digests. This just started happening. Worked great up until the last 8 month or so. Once politics started.

Following the instructions, exactly it doesn’t work for messages. I can’t speak to whether or not it works with calls, but it flat out does not work with messages even with the correct masking. Utterly useless. Waste of money.

Edit: Doesn’t work well for my needs. I run a small local business, and spam calls are nearly destroying my business. Problem is partially with Apple, who only allows apps like this to block 2 million numbers. Which seems like a lot, but it’s not if you need to block an entire area code, or in my case, I only want to receive local calls. These devs should have made the limits more clear before charging for this product. With that said, it’s only $3. It could be a great app if Apple would lift the restrictions, or develop something that only allows certain area codes. Until then small business is overlooked and telemarketers prevail.

I really got tired of blocking individual spam numbers on the phone app. Now when I get a spam call from a new area code and number, I start by using the app to block the specific number and work towards the area code to stop the spamming. It works every time. I don't even know I had a call till I see the missed calls.

App used to block calls completely and you wouldn’t see any notifications at all. Now I see missed call notifications.

I installed this app after getting hammered by vampires calling from area code 771 (Washington DC). Blocked all calls from that area code. Set it up in seconds and I haven’t had one call since.

Works for 2-3 days then completely stops blocking numbers. I blocked an area code and it worked fine, then suddenly one day it did not. I have tried everything and it won’t work again. No idea who to contact for support.

Absolute Garbage still lets in all numbers. No way to contact customer service. Absolute Garbage of a app

Overall like the app. Wished it would legit block all the numbers instead of just not allowing it to ring through. Anybody else have an Apple Watch and not get all the notifications. I’ve had apple mess with it, gotten a new watch, changed settings… so I’m wondering if it’s maybe this app

This was the first solid app I found that peacefully ended the torment of so-called neighbor spoofing robocalls. I got 5-7 calls a day from numbers beginning with the same first 6 of 10 digits as my number. This app made it easy to block them and forget about it. Recently, iOS & this app updated to allow 50 million blocked numbers. So now I use this to block a couple entire area codes that spam calls predominantly come from for me. This was the best dollar I ever spent on the App Store. Edit 12/2022 - been using this tool over 4 years now and it stops a lot of spam. Very flexible rule creation. Love this app. Edit 9/2024 - still relying on this app to keep the relentless spoofed calls from my area code at bay. It’s still doing a magnificent job! Edit 3/31/25 - Still loving this app, and believe it may be the only utility of its kind when it comes to being able to block entire area codes easily. Much appreciation to the developer.
