### **--- "Chat feature is annoying"
I like most functions on this app. But I despise, loath, abominate, abhor, detest, dislike and also do not care for the chat app. 

I’m sure someone told the tech team they were behind the times and needed a chat function, but I really don’t care if it’s Industry standard or not. It’s annoying and it’s in the way. Industry standard means nothing to me, especially when it is essentially saying, “you have to live with it, because other banks say we need it.” 

I don’t use the app to talk to a digital AI assistant or chat bot that will then connect me to a person. I use it to count my money.

### ***** "They finally fixed the chat permissions issue"
Updating the rating as they finally fixed the awful Issue of forcing yet another unrequested chatbot in an otherwise well functioning app. 

I don't know what percentage of mobile app users would suddenly want to have a live Video chat with a credit union csr, but I doubt that it's high enough to justify frustrating the vast majority of users every single time they login. While it's not removed completely, at least it's not trying to be the 2025 version of Microsoft clippy anymore

The new live chat button pops up every time you open the app and gets in the way of seeing your actual bank statements. Please put this icon elsewhere or don’t have a pop up in my bank app please.

### ***** "Best banking app"
Honestly I’ve had the banking app since it was first issued. I’ve been a member a little over 15 years. It has came a long way since the stone ages. Yes, time to time there are outages but if you follow the social media accounts, or watch the alerts you will know when those planned outages are. When there are system outages during the workday they’re usually back up and running within an hour or two. Numerica makes banking easy. The most recent update at first I did not 100% care for as the little chat bubble pops up; however in the right corner of the little chat bubble that comes up asking if you need help, you can hit the “x” and it goes away! Part of the last update it enabled video banking so instead of going to the branch, you can sit on your couch and meet a teller face to face on your app! Also, whenever I have a problem with the app - the team I speak to at Numerica is always so helpful and informative! KUDOS to their staff! This app and the bank is a good solid 5 star from me. ❤️

You really need to do something about this! It’s often, especially with EFS checks, the app says that I have entered the wrong amount, even though the check is written very legible. Sometimes it may be because of the check being written sloppy by someone who gave it to me. If the app denies it several times, it should just say that there will be a delay while it is reviewed rather than me having to drive 60 miles round-trip to deposit the check into an affiliated credit union.

I use this app often does exactly what I need - But keeps a numeric count on the app tile (I think it is my notifications). Only way to get rid of it is to delete the app and reinstall. A bit annoying

When using a mobile phone to access my personal, it would be helpful if you label the action to secure a closure as “logout” instead of searching for three horizontal lines in the upper corner of the phone.

I don't often write reviews and it seems sort of silly to do so on one that I'm more or less obligated to use, but the devs really nailed it with this one. I have studied enough design / cybersecurity to be obnoxiously cynical, yet I have nothing bad to say about this.

### **--- "Side Menu & Zelle"
I love Numerica, but I am constantly kicked out of the side menu before I can even look at anything & I’m also unable to locate the main menu in order to send money with Zelle. There is very little to almost no information about sending money with Zelle. 
I have deleted and reinstalled the app & nothing fixes this. 
Please fix the automatic booting out of the app when  then side menu is selected & provide better instructions (like a video tutorial ) of how to send money with Zelle.
