I’m having the same problem as another user. I finished one course, went in to use another course and it says no user found I paid twice for the membership because of that thinking I hadn't actually joined the first time. Also I went in under the “topics” and it is showing 0 courses under every heading. The 5 star rating I saw from someone on her must be from the owners because that was from 3 years ago and they are still having the same problems! Went back in to do another course, and every single course gives an error message that reads “can’t read content”, and leaves you with a black screen. Unable to complete any other courses. Wondering if this is a scam. Will update in a few days if I get it to work. Edit: contacted the developers and they promptly resolved the issue. I am now able to access all of the courses. The company also offered to give me a full refund while still being able to have full access to the app and content.
