Nursing student with new phone and can’t transfer the app

I loved this app until I got a new phone. I was able to transfer over all my other apps, but for whatever reason this one isn’t allowed. It’s funny because it’s the only app I’ve ever paid over $200 for!!!! I’m very disappointed…

This app is my go to for work, at home and elsewhere. I use it in the classroom, in clinical and when taking calls from friends and family about conditions, injuries, or meds.
