I will start by saying that I never write reviews, especially negative ones. While the apps function is fine the service rendered is less than satisfactory. I was given a provider after waiting three days for a response to my initial message. They then gave me their recommendation which did not follow anything I had requested. I had did my research based off of their response to get the best birth control option for myself. It’s on their website that they provide it. However, I was continually told in an almost robotic nature that they were unable to prescribe it. While I understand that some medication will exasperate current conditions. I was simply asking for a different form, not formula. The provider seemed to be uncaring, not knowledgeable and wanted to either prescribe me what they thought was best or rush me out of the system. I’ve made several calls to customer service and will not be using the service nor recommending it. in a world where women are fighting for the opportunity to speak about their bodies and what’s best for them it seems we still have disadvantages as long as we have systems and providers that don’t wish to meet us where we need to be.

They always take forever to reply and I’m struggling a lot trying to get my medication the past 3 times. They don’t take the time to verify the information and I had problems in the past changing it because of this issue.

Response would take 2 days, concerns were disregarded and not answered. They spoke like robots and would answer me with the same response when I asked any concerns about my birth control. They took so long to resolve my issue and answer, that I was left without any birth control. They also switch your birth control at their Convenience, and ship them to you without asking. Yes most are “generic” brands but the FDA only controls certain hormones, still leaving these brands with room to add other ingredients which are not controlled. Which is why many people have different reactions to different brands. They do not care and ship you whatever they have in stock that month. Do yourself a favor and save your time, do not subscribe with them. Ultimately, I had to cancel my subscription and now I am with GoodRX, which has been an overall better experience.

They will advertise that they accept insurance and then you pay all their fees and they are like oh wait nevermind you must pay out of pocket we won’t be working with your insurance.

This fills so many gaps in my health care. Its easy to use! But having one messaging group for everything; med questions, doc question, service questions - things get lost. Itd be better if we can sort our conversations or nested replies.

I made a request for mental health medication in June and had two messages back and forth. When I sent my survey responses a couple days later, I got no response for over a business week and a half. Today, I learned that physician that was assigned to me was on vacation (which I totally understand). My request was, however, not forwarded to another doctor. I was left with no reply after an additional email, a request for a refund for the initial $59, and then a simple plea to deactivate my account. I wasted $59 just to receive two text surveys and no medication. The doctor was helpful, but the Nurx team let me down by not transferring my request and leaving me in the dark. For anyone seeking mental health help, book a Telehealth or in-office appointment elsewhere. This is not a reliable option.

I can log in perfectly fine using the web (computer and phone) but the app will not let me log in. It just says email or password incorrect even though I use the same credentials to log in on the web. I’ve tried resetting the password and even deleting the app and redownloading and it does not fix the issue. When I called customer support line all they said is that the app has issues and that they actually recommend that I use the web and that maybe I should just try resetting my password. Not every helpful.

Every add i have seen for this app has explicitly said FREE BIRTH CONTROL and that EVERYONE with a female reproductive system should be able to access free reproductive healthcare this is absolutely ridiculous i am not paying $300 for 3 months of birth control

For $60 up front, I was hoping that the chat would be a little more timely. Each response takes more than a couple business days at least. When you’re being billed $70 a month, it’s like watching your money being set on fire and watching the blaze. I honestly can’t imagine how long it will take to get my medication at this rate. If you’re looking for semi-urgent psychiatric help, look elsewhere. This isn’t your best option by a long shot, and it feels a bit hopeless at times.
