### *---- "Takes too long for requests to go through, and to get responses from customer service"
When you put in the request it says 24-48 hrs, yeah, don't count on that being accurate, i put in my request for birth control and it has been WAY over 48hrs, like what takes so long? I could have gone to my local PPH and got a prescription that day. And the response time for the account support is just the same, that is slightly frustrating, it takes forever to hear back if you are even lucky enough to hear from them, and calling the support team, yeah, sat for a good while waiting for an answer just to be told that there wasn't really anything that they could tell me about my request that is STILL under review, not to mention the slight attitude of the support personnel . Not really good first impression of this app, i heard good things about Nurx but so far I'm not seeing it, i really wanna like it but i just don't know how to feel.

### *---- "Was satisfied until I wasn’t."
I started Nurx prescriptions a few months back and at first it was just fine, until it wasn’t. You have to do a mental health follow up so you can keep receiving pills. Of course I did mine, and my pills never got delivered. I called support and they said they sent it to my pharmacy, called the pharmacy, nothing. Told them the same issue, they said they will send it to the pharmacy, and nope, still not there. Three times they never sent my pills to my pharmacy when they said they did. For people who are concerned of mental health, it’s weird how you guys don’t get another’s follow up reviewed and pills not sent as suddenly stopping your pills can be dangerous. That’s what made me stop there services.

They will make you wait more that 24 hours for a response on most days but they never forget to charge you or send an automated response if it’s regarding money. When it comes to actual service and inquiries for the doctors it’s anyone’s guess when they’ll respond. I’ve been with Nurx for over a year and my birth control, acne medication, and hair growth treatment from here. I’ve been trying to stick with it for the convenience, but I’m now considering switching to Hers or something. It’s getting ridiculous at this point.

Late and inaccurate delivery of prescription, poor response times and responses from customer service, zero communication between their clinical assistant and medical teams when you are having an issue, and no care to dispense your medication as written. You are better off utilizing Amazon pharmacy or your own doctor.

Nurx team, if you would like further details on my situation refer to my chat communications with your team via the app. I have typed out my situation multiple times now over the app chat and I will not waste my time doing it again due to your communication streamline inefficiencies.

I’ve been really happy with the results of the acne medication and the providers were quick with responding for urgent matters. Although for non-urgent matters, expect to wait 1-2 weeks for a response. I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks to get a medical question answered. I also don’t like how they are so quick to re-order a product without your approval. There have been a few times I have plenty of supply left over and they still ship It to me and charge my card. The cost is often very small, but I recommend having the customer approve a re-order before charging your card.

I would recommend looking at every option available before resorting to Nurx. I’ve been using them for almost a year now and every month I’ve had to miss a dose or even a few because their team doesn’t respond within an appropriate amount of time. It’s really disappointing because the concept of this app is amazing, especially for those who cannot afford health insurance. But I personally will be looking for a psychiatrist as soon as possible because of the lack of responsiveness. Giving as much money as I have, it should not be this great of a stressor. Again, amazing concept but the execution could use some work and then I would be glad to give this app five stars. I’m currently waiting on medication after multiple days of not hearing back from their team and now with the holidays coming up, i’m worried that I’m going to have to miss even more doses than I already have. I’m assuming this is because they have a limited stuff but I could be wrong. If that is the case, Nurx please don’t overwork your staff and hire more help

### *---- "Shipping/ordering errors"
The service was great at first. Went through an assessment and my providers were able to change my medications as requested and answer all my questions. 

After using them for several months, however, there began to be a lot of ordering and shipping errors. After trying to correct my dosage multiple times, I am still getting the incorrect dosage, not getting both of my medications (I only have two), and this is will be the second time I’ve run out of my medication due to a shipping error. I was able to pick it up at a pharmacy after being out for two days, but this defeats the point of the service and I still experienced the impact of this error. 

Since these medications rely on consistency, this is obviously a problem and affects my mental health and I experience side effects. 

I suggest going to a primary care provider for more consistent and reliable care. Trust the recent reviews.

Used to be great. Now service is super slow or you may not actually get treatment at all but they will still charge you for a consultation fee. They don’t accept most insurance. Will argue with you about getting continued coverage of a medication you’ve been on (through nurx) for years. Unfortunately I can’t use them anymore.
