We went to a NUSO powered phone system a month ago, and since then we have all removed the app and switched to call forwards. When receiving a call, if my app rang my phone, it would often be delayed or say “connecting to NUSO” where it never moved. This happened all the time. One time, I received a call that started at 3:44 at 6pm. By that time, the caller had gone home.
