Terrible App and Support
Check deposits began encountering exceptions almost a week ago. Sent support a screenshot of the exception after calling. The agent on the phone tried to minimize the problem, of course. When in the bank depositing the check, the teller informed me it is a widespread problem. Not a shock. Still no resolution days later. Because of this latest technical issue with Nutmeg, a new bank is in my near future. I told support that too and they just don’t seem to care. Update: A month later mobile deposit issues still exist. Same exact error as before despite the claim by Nutmeg the issues have been fixed. Phone and app support appear, yet again, to be indifferent. Need to accelerate my hunt for a new bank because by all appearances Nutmeg just doesn’t care. Update: Month number 3 where mobile deposits continue to fail. Developer’s previous claims it is an IOS issue and that the issue has been fixed clearly is not true. Want to try again Nutmeg?
