HELP PLEASE Tried the support link but seems to require dealer login. The app hasn’t worked for days. It will NOT OPEN. I can only get in by uninstalling and reinstalling the app and logging in again. I can’t just leave it open in the background because it goes dormant and again won’t open unless I uninstall then reinstall. THANKS valasel iPhone 14+ iOS 26.3 -- Valasel, 2026-03-03 ### ***** "Perfect!" Beautiful app seems to be working perfectly. Can’t wait to see how it does long-term but loving it so far! -- 1000sx, 2026-02-06 ### *---- "Junk App and Thermostat" App: Doesn't pass Auth token. Hangs on splash screen. Locks up. Has to be deleted and reinstalled several times daily. Forgets password. Requires new password. Changes temps on its own even when schedules are turned off (could be thermostat also). Only HVAC installer has primary account, user doesn't. Thermostat: Nuve thermostat is junk also. Thinks it's 3º - 5° warmer than it actually is. Forgets its settings. Stops working periodically, especially overnight. Displays annoying "Low Humidity Warning" messages when actual humidity is 35%RH - which is not low. Unit has a loud fan that runs 24/7 - sounds like a white noise machine. -- Unhappy63837, 2026-02-05 ### *---- "Scam" This app and thermostat is keeping all the data away from you. Your contractor can do whatever they want with your unit. Including tweaking stuff that might cause you issues and call them for repairs. You cannot see what settings they might be changing and don’t have access to your data. Ultimate garbage. -- Reader9998765, 2026-02-01 ### *---- "Useles" It was fair while it worked. The inability to edit schedules is ridiculous. Today it stopped working completely. I have removed and reinstalled it twice. Shut off and restarted my iPhone. Nothing. Can’t even change the password. -- Nuve Not, 2026-01-31 ### *---- "Looks nice but lacks functions" Can’t connect to Alexa (appears the skill was purged in July 2025?) cannot create schedule on app? Looks cool but if it can’t function with skill base WiFi thermostats have why get this thermostat. Highly recommend something else -- GME AMC to the MOON, 2025-09-14 ### *---- "Thermostat screen malfunction" Within under 30 min the screen on the thermostat went black . There was a malfunction and my AC shut off after getting a new AC /furnace unit . Do not use waist of time downloading the app and running AC . The HVAC guys are currently installing a different brand to make sure my new unit works ! -- alexis bunny, 2025-08-28 ### **--- "App Cannot Create / Edit Schedules" It’s baffling why this app does not support creating / editing schedules. Huge miss on the company’s part. -- Mister Plow, 2025-08-23 ### *---- "Not a fan" No consistency between the thermostat unit & app. It would be nice if you had a temporary hold & a permanent hold option. And what kind of thermostat app doesn’t allow you to create or modify the schedule through the app itself. There’s honestly no point to even have an app with this unit. And the plate around the unit itself is gawd awful. No reason for it to be so big. The entire thing is an eyesore. Not everyone’s unit is in a discreet area (like mine) and this thing just screams. -- New to Nuve, 2025-07-10 ### ***** "ready for summer" This is going to be so helpful in the summer, when I’m at work and the family is at home racking up my energy bill in the AC! I can control the ac from work from my phone, what?! if you don’t have this, get one asap -- workingProfessional$, 2025-05-06 [View all Nuve Home reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Nuve Home - [EasyStart](https://apptail.io/app/easystart-Sov/united-states) - [Lula Pros](https://apptail.io/app/lula-pros-hEec/united-states) - [HAVEN IAQ](https://apptail.io/app/haven-iaq-viNc/united-states) - [Amana Home](https://apptail.io/app/amana-home-KhXc/united-states) - [Venstar Skyport](https://apptail.io/app/venstar-skyport-wVdd/united-states) - [Bradford White Connect™](https://apptail.io/app/bradford-white-connect-QSsd/united-states) - [VRF & Mini-Splits](https://apptail.io/app/vrf-mini-splits-JQig/united-states) - [ProStat Skyport](https://apptail.io/app/prostat-skyport-subj/united-states) - [Goodman Home](https://apptail.io/app/goodman-home-fVZn/united-states) - [myRAPID HQ](https://apptail.io/app/myrapid-hq-Bpio/united-states) ## Nuve Home Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/nuve-home-Dnxq/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/nuve-home-Dnxq/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/nuve-home-Dnxq/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
