## NWEC Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t recognize my information"
Won’t let me sign in. This app isn’t good news. I keep having to use the website to put information that’s needed.
-- ReapersKiller66, 2024-10-19

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Can’t sign in, useless.
-- Bluhogen, 2024-08-01

### *---- "Horrible app"
Can’t use this app for anything. Won’t let me sign in even with correct information. Doesn’t recognize user ID or account number. Can only enter a password that’s less than 8 characters. Please fix the issues with this app! If I could rate at 0 stars I would. Won’t even let me “change” my password through the app. Instead I have to use a browser to make payments! TERRIBLE APP!!!!
