Atendimento ao cliente é horrível. Impossível abrir um chamado para falta de sinal. Na categoria ETIQUETA não existe nenhum número correspondente ao meu modem; na categoria CATÁLOGO não existem opções de seleção. Mediante essas falhas não é possível efetuar o chamado. Pelo telefone, ninguém atende ou ligação fica na ura até ficar mudo. Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo.
