## NWS Mobile Reviews in United States

### ***** "Loads Older Version"
I’m confident this will be an excellent app. However, when I install it from the Apple store, it loads a version that will not install. I get a message “Version out-of-date,” download latest version. The latest version is 8.1 but the Apple Store only has version 8.0. Store app needs fixiing.
-- ClintchMtnMan, 2026-04-24

### ***** "Update"
When I opened my New World scheduler on my computer, I was instructed to update the scheduler to 8.1 number 1444 so I did That. When I tried to open my New World app mobile it no longer would collect any data and I was continually given the message to update. To 8.1. However, there no update on the Apple Store and no way to update it on my device. Any help would be appreciated.

### ***** "Wonderful app, thank you so much!"
There are still a few bugs to work out, but thanks so much for designing this app to allow us to edit schedules on the go (and on the Mac!!). It’s hard to believe we ever managed without NW Scheduler/Publisher!
-- Comfortably_nick, 2026-04-04

### ***** "Login issue on iPad"
When prompted to verify the device, my iPad won't bring up the keyboard in either vertical or horizontal. The app is excellent on iPhone and iPad, but I've been running into this issue quite a bit when getting into the app via iPad running the latest version. Keep up the great work and refining the app, what a great companion to the desktop app and being on the computer just to change something in the background!

### ***** "Exactly what I’ve been waiting for"
Firstly, I would like to emphasize that as brothers, we should refrain from making any negative comments regarding this application. We should express our gratitude for the time and effort invested by these brothers in enhancing the efficiency and ease of managing our congregation.
Regarding the application, as clearly stated on the NWS website that it is currently in BETA. Therefore, we should not anticipate its functionality without any bugs.
Despite this, I genuinely appreciate this application and am thoroughly enjoying its use. I am confident that it will continue to improve in the future.

### ***** "Finally a iOS Version"
This works great on my Mac and is great on the mobile phone it’s super convenient and easy to use. I know the updates in the future we have a more robust user friendly system but this is very nice and I know it was a lot of work. We appreciate you brothers.
-- Coolman414, 2026-02-24

### ***** "This app sounds great"
I’d love to be a tester for it for my congregation. I love using my iPhone and iPad for nwpublisher. I recently received the assignment for handling public talk scheduling. And really appreciate any app that makes the process readily at my fingertips in the palm of my hand. Let me know if you need Beta testers
-- Card scanner, 2026-02-16

### ***-- "No North America West"
I couldn’t use it because North America West isn’t in the location drop down box.
-- Phongvu67, 2026-02-07

### ****- "NWS finally here for mobile devices"
I’m so glad there’s finally a functioning app to use on mobile devices especially for Apple. The one thing that I am waiting for this app to improve on is to enhance and add the full functionality that reciprocates from when you use it on desktop. There are still some things that are not accessible to use on NWS Mobile, such as the field ministry scheduling/public witnessing. And even the full accessibility for territories. There’s still some things that still need to be added and adjusted, but I’m sure this will slowly get added and improved on in the coming weeks!
-- ginrummy3, 2026-02-02

### **--- "Unable to connect"
I’m looking forward to using the nw mobile and I’m sure it will be a great help. But as for now, I have not been able to access the app. When I put in my cong pin etc, the connect button doesn’t light up to begin using the app. Hopefully there’s a fix for this soon. Thanks brothers for all of your hard work.
