They wasted my time and money. Took so long to deliver and the pizza was cold couldn’t eat it. Shame on you Shalamar Branch. The operator told me it will be hot and it’s just an accidental delay.

No option to pick up from branch
I had to place super saver deal order and only option it had was cash on delivery. I had to get branch contact number from helpline and I had to write in special instructions that I will pick this myself. App should provide this option.

Minimum order amount requirement
If you guys are charging for delivery services then there should be no minimum amount for order. That is 800, firstly very high, secondly does not include delivery charges. So there should be no requirement for min. order since everything you offer in your menu is already of good amount that can cover well the ROI.

The app isn’t working!
It worked for the first time but now when ever I open it, the screen turns white and nothing happens. You need to fix it now!
