Waste of time

For concerned parents this app is garbage smh

frustrating

the app does not work half the time. its beyond annoying and inconvenient. its keeps looping and doesn't allow you to login. it doesnt help that the bus itself doesnt have a consistent schedule. Do better!

I give it 0 stars I been trying to get into the app since it was introduced to the parents dad it’s doesn’t work. Called the bus company, the school, and I got a number but still not working worse app ever invented.

Disgrace

As a software engineer myself being forced to use this app to track my child’s bus is a disgrace. She has cerebral palsy and has t ride the bus every day . This was supposed to be a tool to assist in coordination with the bus company. All this is , is a headache which is sad because an app like this doesn’t take much to work smoothly . You’re not re inventing the wheel gps tracking with devices is simple . You guys have NO EXCUSE for having such a poorly made app!!! These kids need everyone’s BEST effort . It just seems like via took the DOE’s money and delivered whatever they wanted. Wish they launch a bid for someone to make a new app! I would build one that rips this one to pieces by MYSELF. Via should be ashamed of themselves!!!

The Worst App Ever Made for People taking the bus

So this app basically barely keeps track of where your bus is. But guess what? IT DOES NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE AT ALL!

Has never worked

This app is complete garbage. It has never worked. Every time I try to use it, it says, “something went wrong”.
