App is a Joke
This app is joke, can’t do simple things like email your id cards or policy or share to say gmail when you try there is nothing to attach. With today mobile tech this shouldn’t be a issue.

Positive: -It does provide option to make a payment and see payment history. -you can see ids To be improved: -app provides 80 pages long PDF file if you want to see a policy details. It would be much user friendly if we can view details about drivers, cars, coverage in interactive sections. Would be nice to be able add/remove car, driver modify other information. Would be nice to read what each coverage option means.
I spent 3 minutes listening to the main number begging me to download this app while i was trying to reach a representative. I. The time it took me to wait on hold, i was able to download this app and give it the bad review it deserves. Thanks
What a nonsensical and amateurish app for people to use. I tried three times to create an account and all three times I hit a brick wall. I entered all of my account information and the “submit” button wouldn’t work. I appreciate the reasonable rates but if you are going to have an app, put some money into it so it functions. It would be better if this foolish app were never put in the App Store!
Not sure what problem this new app is solving each version becomes less functional around managing and scheduling payments which is my primary use. Scheduling a payment didn’t work, the date selector was ignored. No option to pay off balance only minimum payment without going and looking up balance and modifying amount.
I no longer have the option to print my ID cards. Not convenient at all
Like that it is simple. User friendly. I do not have to click, click, click to find subject matter. Thank you
It is nice to be able to make a payment, update my email address, home address, and view my claim history.
The app essentially links you to a browser version of their site and isn’t optimized for mobile. There’s no autofill or “remember me” option, let alone touchID. The problem really is that the app isn’t intuitive at all and doesn’t really anything that the browser doesn’t. It has a lot of potential but NYCM would need to invest into this more. I think that this kind of technology, this day and age, is really essential to running a business of any kind - but especially one that caters to customers directly such as NYCM.
It's not a bad app but if you allowed the smart phone to auto fill in the passwords they would be a lot better
