## NYCPS Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t login"
Really simple, cannot login and stayed in the loading screen for way too long.
-- LNR tom, 2025-01-25

### *---- "What’s the point if u can’t even log in?!?!"
Created for what purpose?
-- Kas_stella, 2025-01-07

### *---- "I can’t stay logged in"
I’m sorry but the app barely functions properly I log in and the next time I open the app it logs me out and I have redo the process of logging in again and again it’s frustrating I’d love it if the app would actually let me stay logged in
-- Glizzyys, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Terrible app. Useless."
It’s impossible to login via this app. I’ve managed to get in via Safari, but it has never accepted my password in this app.
-- CaptainFootnotes, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Can not Login in"
This App Can Not Login even with the right information.
-- lebron Warren, 2024-09-16

### *---- "Una perdida de tiempo y data en el telefono"
Es solo un icono en mi telefono para poder accesar a mi cuenta me manda a la paguina web, entonces una perdida de tiempo. Al igual que la paguina web del DOE.
-- ktankita, 2024-09-08

### ***** "Logged In without Issues"
Honestly, I do not understand the 1 start people are giving here. I was able to log in without any issues. I can switch between my kids, grade tab, attendances tab and other tab. I am even seeing my previous notifications dated two years ago. This app is very straightforward. I am using it on iPhone 12 too.
-- dfgresdghtd, 2024-09-02

### *---- "It is not working difficult to log in"
This app is not working consistently. It is very difficult to log in! Please make this work better because parents are very busy and do not have time to waste for this app.
-- Bogart_dLegend, 2024-08-30

### *---- "The app doesn’t let to log in"
I log in with the correct parental email but the second I hit enter the screen freezes and the app won’t let to proceed forwards. Please fix this bug as soon as possible! Thank you!!
-- Michael1022gjd, 2024-08-17

### *---- "Logging in doesn’t work"
There is a prompt to log in, but it doesn’t recognize the credentials for my parent account.
