I have ordered Kent air purifier from Nykaa on 15th October and received a defective piece. Just to be sure that the piece is defective I called Kent personnel for checking and installation the very next day. The personnel also confirmed that the purifier is defective. I immediately reported and placed replacement request on Nykaa site, however I am yet to receive an approval on my request even after several calls I made to Nykaa team. Highly unsatisfactory as I have ordered this item from Nykaa because it was delivering it in lesser time than any other shopping app and the reason of my hurry to buy is that I have a one month old baby and I want it for him. Highly disappointed and yet to receive reply from them and the replacement as well.

Don’t purchase anything in Nykaa they are running it to cheat the customers they first send the wrong products and then deny to accept it. I had few products when I opened infront of there delivery person it was wrong products and called customer care on the spot, that time they told they help but later no proper response from anyone and after few days they started to deny saying we have sent correct products where I had cctv and delivery person eye withness. And there return pick is so worst that u can’t imagine too They deliberately not pick up the product and pick on pushing it untill customer is tried of following up They have worst customer support and back team who cuts the call in between and no proper response for mails ITS COMPLETELY FRAUD I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON SUCH COMPANY WHERE THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS IN THIS WAY UN-INSTALL THE APP GUYS

This delivery guy has picked up my parcel and he did not update his system that it is been picked up when today I checked the Nykaa app that why my refund has not been initiated. I found out that he has mentioned there that is not been picked up as I stay in apartment so I checked with my security for the number. The person has come to my house last one week. Then I called all the numbers who have come for delivery at this number. This fellow has agreed that he has come to pick the parcel then I asked why didn’t you showed pick up done parcel then he said that his system was not working on that particular day, but now he is heading towards office. He will be. He will mark as done and he will call me back after one hour but I didn’t receive his call so I called him back and I told that I we have CCTV that you have taken my parcel and I will show this to the Nykaa people so better give my parcel back so he agreed to give the parcel back and the time he called me back to say he is send parcel back same time I called the Nykaa customer care. I have put his call on conference call made him to speak to the Nykaa customer care and he has given a story to Nykaa customer care saying there was a QC issue so he couldn’t mark picked up if QC issue is there how can he marked as the pick up is not done he could have said that there is a problem why he has to say that the pick up itself is not done. When I said that I can come to his office and I can complain. Then he has send the parcel back today to my home . Please arrange for the return pick up. In this whole process, I have not received any help from the Nykaa customer care. I had a very bad experience ordering from Nykaa and returning the product. When it is not suiting me. I think you can take some lessons from Amazon .the other day 4 calls I have made and agent has put me on hold for 10 minutes by two agents, I was in office and half of the day went in just to get my parcel back from that delivery guy. So that I can again return it and get me refund . Daily I am sending mails reminders but I get automated messages only

I liked the customer service at Nykaa. An agent named Saniya helped me a lot with my concern. The return policy and the span of the return window needs to be worked on though. I gave 5 star rating only for Saniya otherwise I would have gone for only 3 or 4 stars for Nykaa fashion.

Every item is over priced. You can check on other sites or the original brand site for the price. Nykaa just double up the price for any item. Can never opt for this app. Not recommended at all

Why ask otp on delivery ? Thats such a bad user experience and just too inconvenient. User has to be present all the time, get the phone, provide otp. Why cant you make the delivery process like amazon/myntra and sort it out ?

Give the fake cloths. Clearly known that cloths are used and dirty. Created return but week is gone and no one picked up
