I ordered Calvin Klein perfume from nyka man , received wrong product, immediately I raised complaint but they didn’t respond finally they are saying we not responsible for that don’t ever order products from nyka

Wrong and used products
I have oredered foaming cleanser and they sent me hydrating cleanser and rejected my request stating that the seal was opened but there was no such seal that means they sent me a used product . Be careful

Order getting delayed
There are other apps which gives discounts but they deliver very lately so I chosen nykaa but this says super fast delivery and getting delayed . So useless app .
Product quality as per price
I ordered more then 7000 product but quality is very cheaper no refundeble no exchange too much pic they require for exchange very poor service and quality.
