The app used to work fairly flawlessly. Now all my payment information is gone and if you’re using a check card the app kicks you out and uses a third party to process payments. That alone took several try’s as the account number didn’t automatically copy and the system froze and I had to restart.

I feel like Nyseg is run like government programs!  The disconnect and confusion, being put on hold to be given a “script” that doesn’t resolve issues and the complete waste of money yet want yours now! Stop sending 2 bills a month that are the same and include 10 COLOR pages.  The amount of money saved that could be passed to customers from that alone would be huge!   Get it together Nyseg!
