It is a great pity that I cannot read NYT on my Kindle reader. Rob.
Does not work on os 16.
I will ask for an older version of the app. The current one doesn't work on os 15, don't plan on buying a new phone. This is pointless.
Unnecessary things
The app is alright, but one thing that bothers me are those little boxes in the middle of the text like “do you want to more know on….”. I would suggest either moving them to the bottom or removing them altogether.
Freezes
For the last month at least the app is freezing with each booting and must be killed. Happens on iOS 17.2.1 Mini 13.
App freezes when a clip appears on the front page
I liked this app but now it is quite frequently completely unusable. When a movie clip appears at the top of Todays news, I cannot scroll down past it before everything freezes. It seems that my app is the most recent version. My system is ios 15.5 on an ipad pro.
Would love to give five stars but…
…one thing’s missing big time. Please add the dark mode. It’s been an iOS feature for a while now and it really helps during nighttime readings.
Black mode missing
The lack of black is mode is a big problem. Could you give me some timeline on that ?

Dissapearing saved Articles
For a Long time I had a few articles saved which magically vanished. Now every time I save another it disappear after one day. All in all app is great but this is a bug worth fixing 😉
